I checked the sex offender list to see how safe my kids are.
I found someone that lives too close for comfort and he is registered as CSC 2nd degree (person under 13)
Well my question is how can this guy live in a house full of children?
One of the kids is even handicapped.
Is this legal? If it is How?
I am disgusted and confused and would like answers.
The guy don't just look like scum he acts like it too.
I have seen him in public with his girlfriend actually at the local supermarket and they were so loud and obnoxious it would make a Biker blush.
What is the world coming to.

Most states have very specific laws concerning this, especially when it comes to sex offenders and their conditions of release.
Some states have laws in place which don't even allow him to reside in the same household with children once released from prison, and a person who is CSC second degree would usually be released under conditions of lifetime supervision.
Someone at this level can be reported, and the state will intervene.
What state is this occuring in?

I don't know if its a state thing but here in Indiana you can't be within a certain distance of a school. I don't know the specific law but it does seem odd that one would be in a school.

friend has a sex offender liveing in house with his daughter.he is her step father.nothing being done a bout it in grand island nebraska her name is patty ducharme she only 15.her mother let him in the house even know he is a sex preditor
